1. The CarrotReviews website is a public forum presenting user opinions on selected websites, and as such the views expressed do not necessarily reflect the opinion of CarrotReviews.
2. By visiting and using CarrotReviews, you agree to be bound to and abide by the following terms and conditions.
3. Any disputes arising from, in relation to or in connection with, CarrotReviews are to be governed by the laws of the State of Queensland. By visiting and using CarrotReviews you unconditionally submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of that State.
4. The materials on CarrotReviews have been prepared for general information purposes only. The information on CarrotReviews, may not necessarily be accurate, complete or current. No person should act or fail to act on the basis of these materials.
5. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CarrotReviews (including on behalf of its employees and agents) disclaims any and all liability (including liability for negligence) to any person arising out of or in relation to the use of, or access to, CarrotReviews, including:

6. You accept all risk and responsibility for losses, damages, costs and other consequences resulting directly or indirectly from using CarrotReviews and any information or material available from CarrotReviews.
7. Whilst CarrotReviews reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to delete, alter or move any message or other posted material on CarrotReviews, it is under no obligation to do so, nor is it under an obligation to update any information on CarrotReviews, or to correct any inaccuracy on CarrotReviews that may become apparent at a later time.
8. Where CarrotReviews advertises on behalf of a person whose goods or services appear on CarrotReviews (a "provider") or appears by reference of logo or otherwise in an advertisement of any provider, to the fullest extent permitted by law, such advertising or reference is not to be construed as:
   • an endorsement by CarrotReviews;
   • an acknowledgement or representation by CarrotReviews as to fitness for purpose; or
   • a recommendation or warranty by CarrotReviews;
   of, for, or in relation to the product or service of the provider.
   Accordingly CarrotReviews, to the fullest extent allowed by law, neither takes nor assumes any responsibility for the product or service provided. Visitors to CarrotReviews should rely on their own inquiries and seek any assurance or warranties directly from the provider of the service or product.
9. CarrotReviews does not warrant the accuracy of any hypertext links provided on CarrotReviews, nor the suitability or accuracy of any content located at those links. Links and frames connecting CarrotReviews with other websites are for convenience only and do not mean that CarrotReviews is associated with, endorses or approves those other websites, their content, or the people who run, or contribute to, them. Use or reliance on the content of those websites is at the user's own risk.
10. CarrotReviews does not represent or warrant that any files displayed or obtained from or through CarrotReviews, or any other website linked to them, are free from computer viruses or other defects. Any such files are provided, and may only be accessed or used, on the basis that the user assumes all responsibility for any loss, damage or consequence resulting directly or indirectly from the use of those files.
11. CarrotReviews reserves the right to terminate a member's account and retain any outstanding earnings at any time without notice for activity deemed as being detrimental to the reputation of CarrotReviews or any site mentioned on CarrotReviews. This includes but is not limited to activities regarded as an attempt to increase a review rating by unfair means or constantly voting down other reviews.
12. CarrotReviews reserves the right to terminate a member's account and any associated account, retaining any outstanding earnings without notice if we suspect that more than one account is being manipulated by one person in isolation or as part of a group activity.
13. If you account is dormant for more than 12 months (dormant is regarded as an account without any login) we reserve the right to terminate that account and retain any outstanding earnings without notice.
14. CarrotReviews may edit or remove my review if it is deemed as inappropraite for any reason.
15. We reserve the right to reject a review if we request an online order number or reference and it is not provided. We use this mechanism to check the validity of purchase with the reviewee's website to ensure that the reviewer's comments are based on a true and valid experience with the website in question.
16. When a review is voted down to a score of -10 it will be removed from the CarrotReviews website.
17. We reserve the right to alter these terms and conditions at any time. Notice of these changes will be published on the site news page.
