The team at Domino's is obsessed about improving the quality of their food. When customers said how much they loved the last menu changes, Domino's was already working on the next. New Garlic Prawn and Chilli Prawn pizzas, heaped with succulent juicy prawns, are proving instant hits. (Surprise, surprise!) So are new premium ingredients, Aussie feta, fresh spinach and burst in your mouth cherry tomatoes. If you haven't tried Domino's new menu, what are you waiting for?

Awesome new pastas made fresh to order, with or without a deliciously flaky pastry bowl - Prawn Marinara, Chicken Primavera or Chicken, Feta & Sundried Tomato.
Exciting new pizzas - Chicken & Feta and Spinach & Feta.
New Choc Lava Cake - a gooey treat that's every chocoholic's fantasy.
New Cheesy Sticks and sauces - dip into a new world of flavours.
Good points: The order status and progress at the end of the order process.
Bad points: Sometimes it takes a few minutes to confirm a request, say the coupon or the order. Sometimes it is instant.
Overall: Very impressive. The technology used it really great. I love the color scheme. The way website takes you through to plan your meal is great. It showcases all the products across the Dominos range.
Good points: Easy to order. Able to retrieve orders from previous visits.
Bad points: Always asking you if you want this and that. Lot of self promotion.
Overall: Easy to access, quick to use. Able to recall previous orders if you just want to order something quickly that you know the family enjoyed last time.
Bad points: not supported in some places eg. library
Overall: Have been ordering pizzas through online several times, always got perfect experience. Fast response website, secure to pay by credit card, just one time it's not going when in library (maybe flash is disabled?) Overall, it's good to deal with Dominos, also the good coupons (Ozbargain).
Good points: user friendly, easy to understand if placing online order
Bad points: page loading too slow for ppl using the non broadband or non adsl connection
Overall: Overall it is a good shopping experience to purchase pizza online. Easy to understand and user freidnly feature, but loading slow for people with slow internet connection.
Bad points: Pizza quality varies dramatically between orders. Basically no customer service if something goes wrong.
Overall: Pizzas are ok and you can usually find coupons on websites. Overclockers forum seems to have the best coupons. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired through. If you get the wrong item, or something is cold, busted or whatever then you can try sending feedback on their website. But every time I've tried it you get zero response.
