Good points: Wide selection of products
Frequently offers discounts
You get to pick your own free samples for every order
The rewards program is excellent and free to join
Bad points: A lot of the brands are over-priced
Overall: Sephora.com is addicting. I have to order something from there at least once a month. It has a huge selection of products, but browsing through them is not daunting because the layout makes it extremely easy to search for exactly what you need. For example, I can search for eye makeup, then narrow it down to eyeshadow, then narrow it down to loose pigment eyeshadows, and then sort those by the highest rating. This function is so useful, I think it's the main reason why I keep coming back to Sephora. Also, their rewards program is great (for every $100 you spend, you get a free deluxe sample). Not bad if you're going to inevitably need to spend that much on face products anyway. It's also great that you get to choose 3 free samples of your choice to go along with your order. My only complaint is that a lot of the products are really overpriced for what they are, but Sephora often has discounts, so it's not that bad.
Bad points: Some products are a little pricey, but they're always high quality.
Overall: Sephora is a cosmetics and beauty store. They have everything from eyeshadow, perfume, lotion, lipstick, hair products, you name it, they've got it. You also get free samples (which you get to choose) when you place an order and they've recently started a rewards program called Beauty Insider. You get points for each purchase and you can redeem your points for rewards. 100 points will get you a delux sample. 500 points will get you a free, full size limited edition product. Their products seem a little pricey, but they're always high quality. The last thing I purchased was a bottle of Nanette perfume which smells incredible and I had no issues with the shipping. Everything went very smoothly and I recieved my order very quickly.
